What you should know

Why we ask for them
Receive an investment-guide request and allow the Espace LGBTQ+ team to contact the person about the campaign.
Who is responsible
Espace LGBTQ+ is responsible for this information.
Who processes them
Your request is recorded by this website and made available to the Espace team in Microsoft SharePoint, the work space Espace uses for this follow-up.
Where they are kept
Your information is kept in Canada.
Your rights and who has access
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by writing to [email protected]. Only the Espace follow-up team and the technical people needed to host the site can see it. This list is not shared widely.
How long we keep them
For a non-converted intake: retain for 24 months after each investment’s certificate issue date. Interest starts on that date. The first period is pro-rated to the following 30 April. Simple, non-compounding interest is paid every year on 30 April. Then governed intake-scoped deletion or anonymization.
What not to send
Do not submit a social insurance number, banking details, medical records, or other unsolicited sensitive information. This form only asks for the fields listed above.

Limits of this notice
This page only describes an expression of interest. It does not send the guide, open an investment file, or mean your information has already been sent elsewhere.
Applicable law
This information is handled under the law of Québec, including Law 25.
Service provider
Microsoft, for SharePoint (Microsoft 365), Espace’s work space.

What this page does not do

Becoming an investor is a later, separate step. Deleting an expression of interest does not automatically delete an investment file if one has already been created.

Exception: an investment file that is already open is not erased when we delete or anonymize a simple expression of interest.

This notice does not mean:

  • That your information is already in Espace’s work space
  • That an email has already been sent to you
  • That this page opens an investment file
  • That online collection is already open
